Well let’s be honest. We lost because we played fucking horribly. Despicably. Don’t delude yourselves, ok? We played horribly.

The commercials were pretty awesome, though. And I’m super excited for Iron Man, Narnia, and one which wasn’t a between-thirty-second-football-clips trailer: Speed Racer.

In case you couldn’t guess, the coca-cola commercial featuring charlie brown (and little stuey - play the video on the right) was our favorite of the night. Hands down. That’s a beautiful piece of classical music accompanying the clip, too. Anyone know who composed it?

Hmmm, the video on the left isn’t bad either. Funny.

One other thing. I’d just like to give props to the truly righteous-est super bowl attendees tonight: Mr. Petty and his Heartbreakers. More proof that geeks rock this shit just like that skinny, nerdy guy who showed up at your graduation party with two fifths of absolut and went home with the prom queen. You know who I’m talking about.
